Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer FREE shipping on all orders.

Estimated delivery times after processing:
- United States & Canada: 6-12 business days
- Europe: 5-10 business days
- Rest of the world: 8-15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high-demand periods. Flexients is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Flexients is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes that may apply to international orders. These charges (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.

Wrong or Incomplete Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
